Job description: VANTIA Hardwoods LLC seeks Administrative Services Manager in Silverthorne, CO. Plan, direct, and coordinate administrative operations supporting flooring product sales, warehouse, and installation functions. Develop office procedures, manage procurement, coordinate installation schedules, maintain administrative databases, prepare operational reports, coordinate administrative staff and office operations, and coordinate with vendors and contractors. Travel to project sites within Colorado approximately 1-2 times per month. Minimum Requirements: Requires 24 months of experience in project management, operations, or installations in the flooring or furniture industry.
