Fort Lauderdale & Miami Lakes, FL

Starting at $40,000+ (higher based on experience) + Uncapped Commission

Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Occasional evenings or weekends as business needs require.

What You'll Do

• Source, recruit, and interview candidates for a variety of positions
• Make high-volume outbound recruiting and sales calls in both English and Spanish
• Build relationships with candidates and maintain an active talent pipeline
• Match qualified candidates with client job openings
• Post and manage job advertisements across multiple recruiting platforms
• Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Guide candidates through onboarding and pre-employment requirements
• Maintain accurate records within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Partner with clients and internal teams to meet hiring goals
• Assist with front office responsibilities as needed while delivering excellent customer service

What We're Looking For

• Fluent in both English and Spanish (required)
• Previous staffing industry experience required
• Comfortable working in a sales-driven, performance-based environment
• Confident making high-volume outbound recruiting and relationship-building calls
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar software
• ATS experience is a plus
