Our client, a leading nutritional supplement manufacturer, is seeking a Biology Lab Technician to join their Quality Control team. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a team-oriented mindset.
Job Title: Biology Lab Technician
Location: Opelika, AL
Pay Range: $25
What's the Job?
Perform microbiological testing on raw materials, finished products, and environmental samples, including collection and analysis of samples from the production floor to ensure quality and compliance standards are met.
Follow GMP, USP, and laboratory procedures.
Review test results and laboratory documentation.
Support environmental monitoring and OOS investigations.
Maintain laboratory equipment, supplies, and work areas .
What's Needed?
Bachelor's degree in Microbiology, Biology, or a related science field.
Basic knowledge of microbiology and laboratory practices.
Laboratory experience preferred; GMP experience a plus.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data entry.
Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.
