Job Description
Ox Paperboard Eaton, LLC is seeking qualified candidates to fill the Production Labor Position in the production department. This is an entry level, hourly position where advancement in operations is expected. Starting hourly rate is $22.10/ hour and increases to $24.34 / hour after successfully meeting your 60-day probationary period . Will work days only for training and move to CREW after the training is completed.

The mill operates on a 4 crew, Southern Swing Rotation so you will work 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift each month.
During the first 30 days, you will work Monday - Friday 7 am - 3pm for training.
