We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-driven Real Estate Team Assistant to support our growing team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy wearing multiple hats, and take pride in keeping operations running smoothly, we’d love to hear from you.

• Build and maintain operational systems, processes, and manuals
• Support hiring, training, and team development
• Manage transactions from contract to close, coordinating with agents, clients, and vendors
• Oversee listing coordination, MLS input, marketing prep, signs, and lockboxes
• Execute social media and email marketing campaigns (Just Listed, Just Sold, etc.)
• Create marketing materials (digital and print)
• Prepare and manage real estate documents, contracts and ensure compliance
• Track deadlines and maintain transaction calendars
• Help manage and grow our online reputation through client reviews

✅ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

✅ Tech-savvy (Microsoft Office, CRM tools, social platforms)

✅ Marketing knowledge (social, email, and digital content)

✅ Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure

✅ Team-oriented with a service-first mindset

✅ Self-starter who takes initiative and learns quickly

• 2+ years in real estate, operations, or administrative roles (preferred)
• Real estate experience is a strong plus
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a bonus)
