Salary: $68,900 - 114,900 per year Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience as an industrial, operations, manufacturing, or project engineer in a manufacturing environment
• At least 3 years of maintenance or engineering experience
• Experience with material handling equipment (MHE), automation, reliability, or maintenance environments
• Bachelors degree in a technical field, or at least 2 years of full-time exempt Amazon RME BB/3P experience
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, nights, and holidays
• Knowledge of Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) programs for commercial refrigeration systems
• Familiarity with performance measures such as OEE, downtime, throughput, or quality
• Experience managing third-party vendors
• Experience with Six Sigma tools and Lean techniques
• Experience in Amazon RME, fulfillment operations, or similar environments
• Experience developing launch-readiness frameworks, standard work, playbooks, and scalable deployment methods across multiple sites
• Ability to build productive relationships with colleagues and customers at remote sites around the world; patience and a sense of humor are also valued

• Serve as a primary contact for internal customers and vendors
• Develop structured maintenance strategies for MHE, particularly general conveyance, to improve equipment performance and useful life while reducing maintenance costs
• Use data from tools such as CMMS systems and OEE to develop and support maintenance strategies
• Lead reliability initiatives that maximize equipment effectiveness, capture best practices, support network and business-unit rollouts, and incorporate feedback into the design process to advance safety and sustainability
• Develop and own programs, projects, and systems that improve efficiency, reduce downtime of critical assets, and lower maintenance costs across business units
• Manage projects from concept through network rollout using project-management tools such as defect mapping, FMEA, and Gantt charts
• Prepare white papers, Operational Planning documents, strategy documents, and economic analyses, and acquire network CARs with minimal leadership guidance
