Site Safety Specialist | Fairless Hills, PA
Full-Time • Onsite
Sibanye-Stillwater is seeking a Site Safety Specialist to support our Recycling Operations team and help strengthen a proactive, Safety First culture.
This role will partner closely with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Environmental, Human Resources, and site leadership to identify workplace hazards, support regulatory compliance, investigate incidents, deliver safety training, and drive continuous improvement.

Candidates must be able to meet applicable ITAR and NAID requirements . This role works in an active industrial environment and requires the ability to walk production areas, climb stairs, stand for extended periods, wear required PPE, and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
