We are looking for an experienced, accurate, and dependable Legal Document Specialist with prior law office or legal experience. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is highly organized, comfortable working with confidential information, and able to meet tight deadlines while maintaining exceptional accuracy.

What We're Looking For

• 60–90 WPM typing speed with excellent accuracy — testing required
• Previous law office or legal experience required
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Excellent proofreading, grammar, and document-formatting skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently under pressure
• Dependable, punctual, and professional
• Ability to handle confidential client and case information
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Positive “can-do” attitude  

What You’ll Do

• Type and accurately transcribe documents, correspondence, and dictation
• Work directly with experts to prepare, edit, and format documents
• Proofread documents for accuracy and consistency
• Prepare documents according to court filing and formatting requirements
• Organize and maintain electronic and physical files
• Assist experts with time-sensitive document preparation
• Maintain strict confidentiality of client and case information
• Meet deadlines in a busy, professional environment
