' :
✔️ Managing AP transactions and vendor payments
✔️ Processing ACH payments and wire transfers
✔️ Preparing journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations
✔️ Supporting month-end close and financial reporting
✔️ Resolving discrepancies and improving processes
' :
✔️ 5+ years of AP and/or accounting experience
✔️ Strong general ledger and reconciliation skills
✔️ Hands-on ACH and wire transfer experience
✔️ Advanced Excel skills
✔️ Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
✔️ ERP experience is a plus!
